Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Purpose and acceptance

Omnidance is a platform connecting dancers, producers, academies, DJs and venues: QR-based activity validation, ticket sales, academy management and analytics. By registering you declare you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

• One account per person, with truthful data.
• You must be over 18 to create an account.
• You are responsible for activity performed from your account and for keeping your access secure (magic link or password).

3. Conduct

The platform is part of a real community: respect is required on and off the floor. Harassment, discrimination and any use of the app to target or harm others are prohibited. Violations may end in suspension or account closure.

4. Ratings

Ratings of dances, events, DJs, producers and venues are private and shown only in aggregate form. They must be honest and based on real experiences. Individual ratings and the identity of raters are never exposed.

5. Tickets and purchases

• Payments are processed through Flow; Omnidance acts as an intermediary between buyers and producers and manages the corresponding settlements.
• Tickets are transferable per the app's rules, unless the producer states otherwise.
• Tickets are non-refundable except for event cancellation or as the law provides; admission is subject to the venue's and producer's door policy.
• The published price is the final price: Omnidance adds no charges to the buyer. The platform fee is deducted from the producer's settlement.

6. Roles: dancers, producers and academies

Certain features require additional roles (producer, academy, staff, DJ) requested from the app and which may require approval. Those who sell tickets or run events are responsible for their event, its capacity and their tax obligations; Omnidance provides the tool, it is not the event organizer.

7. SaaS subscriptions

Academy and producer subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. If a payment fails there is a 5-day grace period; after that the subscription is suspended for non-payment and reactivates automatically on payment. You can cancel at any time; the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.

8. User content

Event photos and videos are not hosted on Omnidance: they are only linked from external services (Drive, YouTube, Vimeo). You are responsible for the content you link and for having the rights to share it.

9. Intellectual property

The platform, its brand, design and code are the property of Omni Dance SpA. You may not copy, resell or extract data from the platform by automated means.

10. Service availability

We work to keep the app available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted continuity: there may be maintenance, third-party failures (payments, email, push) or outages outside our control.

11. Limitation of liability

Omnidance is not liable for what happens inside events (they are run by independent producers and venues), nor for indirect damages arising from use of the platform, to the extent permitted by Chilean law. None of this limits non-waivable consumer rights.

12. Termination

You can close your account at any time from your profile or by requesting it at contacto@omnidance.cl [PENDING: confirm contact email]. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with notice when applicable.

13. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by Chilean law. Any dispute is submitted to the ordinary courts of Santiago de Chile.
