1. Data controller

2. Legal framework

This policy is governed by Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life, as amended by Law No. 21,719 on Personal Data Protection (in force since December 2026), and its regulations.

3. Data we process

Important statement: we do NOT collect your device's geolocation or sensitive data (health, biometrics, ideology, ethnic origin, sexual life, political or religious opinions). If a feature requiring them were added in the future, we will ask for your specific consent.

• Account: name, email and phone (optional).
• Dance profile: gender (optional), styles, roles and self-declared level.
• Activity: QR check-ins at events, dance sessions and ratings, always private and aggregated, never exposed individually (minimum k≥3).
• Payments: processed by Flow. We do not store card data.
• Push tokens from your device for notifications.
• Technical data: logs with request-id and IP address, for security and diagnostic purposes.

4. Purposes of processing

• Operate the platform: QR identity, dance logging, ticket sales and academy management.
• Transactional notifications by push and email (tickets, check-ins, platform notices).
• Security, fraud and abuse prevention.
• Aggregated and anonymized scene statistics.
• Compliance with tax and accounting obligations.

5. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent as data subject and the performance of the platform use agreement (the Terms and Conditions you accepted when creating your account).

6. Processors and recipients

To operate the service we share data with processors acting on our behalf:

• Flow: payment processing.
• Resend: transactional email delivery.
• The platform's hosting/infrastructure provider.
• Apple and Google: push notification delivery to your device.

Some of these providers process data outside Chile (international transfers), under contracts requiring an adequate level of protection.

7. Data subject rights

Under Law 21,719 you have the following rights, which are personal, non-transferable, non-waivable and free of charge:

• Access: know what data of yours we process (free at least once every three months).
• Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure: request we delete your data when applicable.
• Objection: object to a specific processing.
• Blocking: suspend the use of your data in certain cases.
• Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.

To exercise them, send a written request to privacidad@omnidance.cl [PENDING: confirm email] with your name, account email and the right you are exercising. We maintain an expedited channel and will respond within legal deadlines.

8. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. After closure, we keep only what is necessary for the applicable legal periods (for example, tax records for approximately 6 years), after which it is deleted or anonymized.

9. Minors

The platform is aimed at people over 18, given its focus on the nightlife scene. Under Law 21,719, data of minors under 16 is never processed without the consent of their legal representative.

10. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data (access control, signed sessions, logs with request-id). If a security breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify the Data Protection Agency and affected people as required.

11. Complaints

If you believe our processing of your data infringes the law, you can file a complaint with the Agencia de Protección de Datos Personales, Chile's data protection oversight body.

12. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a session cookie (needed to keep you signed in) and browser local storage for app preferences. We do NOT use third-party cookies for advertising.

13. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will let you know inside the app. If the change is material, we will ask for your consent again before you continue using the platform.
